This company is not an American company so if you have the same issue we have, good luck. If you cancel a subscription, they do NOT cancel it. You must follow up on the cancel with a second cancel confirmation. The busy nature of all of our lives today does not constitute such a practice. They do not offer free return shipping in such a situation as well. Ah, an update...they have finally given us a free refund. Still, they need to update their subscription practice.

We love this product! We used to go through so many paper towels, before purchasing the Papaya Reusables. This was expensive and wasteful. Now we use our Papaya Reusables every day, several times a day and love it.
