Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons, promotions, and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping

  • Flat-rate shipping: $7.95 on orders under $49.99
  • Flat-rate shipping: $9.95on orders between $50.00 to $99.99
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts)
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items and packaging so we can assist with the claims process.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Pasque Home, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns of eligible items.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most unused items that:

  • Are in their original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Show no signs of use, wear, or damage

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise
  • Personal care and bath products
  • Opened beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Food and beverage products

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
